Default Paragon skill suggestion

I know GWEN is coming out in like 2 weeks so this is probably too late, but one can dream. I was noticing that every non-caster/physical damage type has about three or more ways to induce crippling on foes. Usually they offer skills in different attribute lines, too. Heck even mesmers got a couple of ways to do it. However, Paragons only have one solution: Crippling Anthem {Elite}. Thats a tall order to sacrifice an elite skill for some cripple effect.

So, here is my suggestion:

Crippling Spear (spear mastery): cost 10 energy or perhaps 5-7 adrenaline. foe is crippled for x-y seconds. (based on spear mastery level)

or perhaps:

"Go For the Legs!" (Command): cost 10 energy. Next time target ally (name a prerequisite), that ally cripples their target for x-y seconds (based on command).

This would actually follow the thought process of "Find Their Weakness!" more than "Go For The Eyes!" The prerequisite could be the same - next time target ally criticals - or could perhaps be - next time target ally hits a foe already suffering a condition.

a little crippling love for paragons would be nice. If you cannot grant us that, maybe a knock down attack...

If you looked at the GWEN skills, you would know that Paragons get an attack that cripples if the target is bleeding.
